Well because grocery stores are dangerous
in this time right now
so I gotta survive off the land.
I gotta see what's in the yard.

Let's see if there's anyfresh onions in there.

This region is known togrow coconut milk as well.

Since I can't go grocery shopping like I used to, I had to forage in my backyard to make this delicious Vegan and Gluten-Free Alfredo... and it was SO TASTY!!! I highly recommend it, most things are out of your pantry anyway! Best Pandemic Meal Ever. Here's what I used: - Chopped onion and garlic (as much as you like, lol) - Gluten free Pasta - 1 Can coconut milk - Nutritional yeast - Salt, Pepper and Basil - Bit of oil Fry up onion and garlic. Once translucent, add can of coconut milk (the fuller fat the better). Stir and let simmer. Then add salt, pepper, and basil to taste. Lastly, add a bunch of nutritional yeast (like 1/2 a cup? or more?) and stir until dissolved. Let simmer a bit longer to thicken. In the meantime, cook and drain your pasta.
